How To Build Better Bones
1. Yoga
Movement based on scientific knowledge and age old yoga principles.
Improve your posture, alignment and balance.
Improve your flexibility and strength.
Learn a short yoga practice that has been shown to strengthen your bones.
2. Nutrition
Learn the food for healthy bones, it is more than calcium and Vitamin D.
Optimize your bone health with a mineral rich diet.
Improve your gut health, your gut microbiome, to optimise nutrient absorption and bone health
Learn about Pre- and Pro-biotics are and how to increase them in your diet.
Receive guidance on food labelling and simple tasty recipes that are nutritient dense.
3. Lifestyle
Learn breath practices to help you calm.
Try a variety of relaxation techniques that can reduce stress and improve your sleep; critical for bone health.
Identify lifestyle patterns that further support bone health.
Why this course?
As a Dietitian, Yoga Therapist, Ayurveda Consultant and Mindfulness practitioner, I recognise Osteoporosis and Osteopenia as silent disruptors to the active, healthy lives of many women and men.
I want to share what I have learnt; how I improved my bone health through food, movement, rest and more.

health care provider.
