Summer Breeze

The year is now well under way. I rested well, had short breaks away, nurtured the garden, walked in the bush, read lots of books and continued to swim regularly in the sea.
I hope you also took this opportunity to rest, recharge and renew.

Intertwined with the joy sunshine brings me some new work opportunities developed. Things you may be interested in:

Below I continue to note some of the ways I connect with my senses. It helps me slow down and feel and acknowledge my physical and emotional needs and pleasures; all helping me maintain and build health, peace and joy.

Taste - what I am eating

Blueberries with Greens

A salad full of the flavours of summer. Fruit, green leaves, herbs, nuts and cheese for a light, tasty salad meal.

Smell - what I am smelling

The smell of damp grass and leaves on rainy summer days. It smells green, yes I am sure smells can have colour.

Sound - what I am listening to

Burt Bacharach gave us many beautiful songs. Here is one to open your heart and lungs.

Touch - what I am feeling

Ooh, the aliveness of cold Tassie sea water on my skin. Refreshing, nourishing, and nurturing, even with the seaweed between my toes as I walk into this bright blue expanse.

Sight - what I am seeing

Beanbag Suit

I have always loved bean bags and now a bean bag designed to offer rest 24/7!  Watch the short video. It could be fun to try.
